I'm getting both errors too. Now I've gotten a 403 every single time I make a call. I've been pulling historical data across the country for several days and now I get a 403 all the time. Am I banned because I made too many calls? I've been keeping track and I haven't exceeded 5000 per day. What gives?
We got 504 timeout and 403 forbidden quite often.
What cause these kinds of problem?

Those errors can come from a variety of issues. Can you post the call you're making? It could be as simple as a wrong developer API key.
