Is a customer required to submit their property through Trulia for us to use the API solution? I would prefer to have our customers submit their property into our company database and then have it tie in with the Trulia API solution to see Comps, Maps, Neighborhood data, etc..
Hi Trent - you do not have to have properties on Trulia to access the API, the two are completely different. The API provides information about price trends for properties throughout the county. To list properties for sale on Trulia, you should submit an XML file to Trulia through this page - www.trulia.com/submit_listings/.
